Locke Management : ROANNA BALES H&M

Roanna was born an Atlanta native. She always had a love for anything theatrical and "make believe". Following this love as an adult she majored in theater/acting at Georgia State University, and constantly skimmed magazines for her "make believe" inspiration. She began looking for a greater creative challenge and jumped head first into New York's fashion scene where she had her work published by Nylon, Stitch, and Neo2. She then moved back to Atlanta and has been working with clients such as, Macy's, Goody, and Neiman Marcus.
